The following are some of the relevant documents to the "In Mine" projects at the Pine Creek Mine.  They are in reverse chronological order with the oldest on top.  The order is approximately correct due to the various discovery processes. All documents are PDF's unless described otherwise.

TM0010 KC's Tungsten Mine Preliminary Permit Application as a PDF. This was hand filed as first-in-line at FERC on 3-3-08. 

TM0011 Exhibit 3 from KCHydro's Tungsten Mine Preliminary Permit application.

TM0015-Pine Creek Preliminary Permit Application filed.  This was hand filed a few minutes after the KC's and is dated 3-3-08. This is similar to the KC PP filing.

TM0022-KC's Motion to Intervene on P-12532.  This is also dated 3-3-08.

TM0023-KC's Motion to Intervene( TM0022) Exhibits. Dated 3-3-08.

TM0025 3-3-08-1st-collaboration-letter from KC to Goodfellow, an owner of the Pine Creek Mine. 

TM0026--Response to our PP application dated 4-3-08.  This was filed by the attorney for Pine Creek Mine, Ms. Pechner.

TM0027-Answering Ms. Pechner Letter  A letter from KC to Pechner dated 4-15-08-as a word file. Responding to her intervention. 

TM0030-Jeff Francis letter of intervention -10-30-08. Addressed downstream water quality from Lower water release.

TM0032P Paiute_Indians preliminary permit application. competes with Pine Creek's application "In Mine". 11-3-08.  KC has withdrawn their PP application due to hostility by mine owner.

TM0036   USDA / Forest Service Intervenes on  11-18-08.

TM0038 On 11-21-08 Mr. Hicks for the Pine Creek Mine responds to Jeff Francis downstream concerns.

TM0040 On 11-21-08 Kelly of KC sends Goodfellow (PC Mine) a 2nd collaboration request.  Basically rhis letter again suggested that a combined approach combines the talents of all peoples.

TM0042 On 12-3-08 Kelly of KC filed with FERC and distributed comments on comparative merits of KC application compared to the conflicting small conduit exemption filed by Mr. Hicks for the mine owners.

There seems to be many different representatives of the Pine Creek Mine in this matter.  For simplicity, we refer generally to "The Pine Creek Mine", Mr. Hicks or other filing agents, as the entity making the appearance for Mr. Goodfellow, other investors, or new mine owners.  We apologize for any inaccuracies or confusion created by this simplification.  No ad hominum implication is intended by using the reference to "the Pine Creek Mine", Mr. Hicks or whoever is the acting agent for Mr. Goodfellow and associates.
